The Gusu Chocolate Molding Line, manufactured by Gusu Food Processing Machinery Suzhou Co., Ltd., is the perfect solution for producing a wide variety of molded chocolate products. Whether you prefer solid chocolates, filled chocolates made through a classic three-station or one-shot process, or chocolates with nuts, this molding line can handle it all. Additionally, you can easily create chocolate products with biscuits or wafers by simply installing the relevant feeding units.

With adjustable capacities, the Gusu Chocolate Molding Line can meet diverse production needs. Choose from our QJJ100 range, which offers a production capacity of 100kg/h, or our QJJ275 models, which can produce up to 275kg/h.

Constructed with stainless steel, this molding line ensures durability and hygiene. The use of servo, pneumatic, and mechanical motors allows for synchronized movements, such as mold lifting or rolling-over, with maximum precision.
