These entirely China-made tanks are designed to store finished liquid products like chocolate at optimal temperatures, with constant movement provided by a robust stirrer. The stirrer ensures continuous mass agitation, and the jacket's water temperature is finely controlled via a thermostat, as set on the control panel.
