GUSU JMJ Series Chocolate Conche

The Chocolate Conching Machine is one of the major equipments which are used for the fine grinding of chocolates, as well as the daily used industrial chemicals for high-standard granularity.  The fine grinding time is about 12~18 hours, the average granularity can achieve 25μm.  This machine has many merits such as tight structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance, little one-off investment, and so on.  

It is key equipment for the refining of chocolate paste materials in the chocolate production line.  And it is suitable especially for the technical request of small chocolate and candy factory.

The advanced models can be optionally equipped with metal steam traps. The chocolate discharge front cover is equipped with a hinge cover. The front cover and rear cover can be made of 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning.

The cold water inlet pipe and return pipe need to be connected to this machine for rapid cooling. The cold water consumption of JMJ20 and JMJ40 is 50-150 liters per hour, the water temperature is 15-20℃, and the pressure is less than 2 bar.
