Chocolate conching machine, also known as chocolate conche machine, chocolate refiner machine, and chocolate fine grinding machine, is specially built for fine conching chocolate mass. It is an essential equipment for refining raw chocolate mixtures and then supply fine ground chocolate paste into the downstream equipment, such as chocolate moulding machine, chocolate enrober, chocolate chips line, and many more.
JM series chocolate conching machine have a hot water jacket body that is fitted with lining bars on its inner side, the lining bars and blades are all manufactured from high quality 65 Mn spring steel, they can break down all the ingredients into less than 25 microns particles, which guarantee the chocolate texture even smoother.
Automatic or Manual blades tensioning system attached guarantees the chocolate conche durable grinding chocolate in good situation for years.
