The Gusu Candy Bar Forming Line is available in three different widths: 400mm, 600mm, and 800mm. The entire bar forming line is controlled by one or two PLC control cabinets, making it incredibly easy to operate and saving valuable time. Additionally, there is an option to incorporate a cooling tunnel for enhanced cooling of the product layers.
The high-quality rollers used in this machine ensure precise forming and optimum cold transfer from the brine tank (Copeland Brand) to the product. The cooling equipment and system used for subsequent drying of product layers deliver outstanding performance. With maximum efficiency and reliability, this machine also offers the option to vary cut dimensions in terms of length and width.
