GUSU QDJ Series Chocolate Chips Depositor

GUSU QDJ series chocolate chips depositor can continuously produce small chocolate blocks or chocolate bars that are resistant to baking.

It is an ideal choice for making pure fat chocolate and fat substitute teardrop-shaped/button-shaped chocolate. A high-power belt lifting cylinder is installed under the hopper of the dripping machine.  

Its movement is precisely related to the cooling of the tunnel conveyor and the dripping work, thereby forming teardrop-shaped chocolates and button-shaped chocolates.

More Details

The jacketed drip hopper is equipped with a hot water circulation system and a constant-speed chocolate stirrer to ensure the temperature of the entire system and facilitate the cleaning of the chocolate in the hopper when the machine stops.

The belt-conveyor chocolate cooling tunnel is used for immediate cooling of chocolate drops.  Its length can be customized to meet the needs of different workshops.
