GUSU Automatic Chocolate Tempering Machine
Engineered for natural cocoa butter and its equivalents, this vertical machine feeds chocolate mass from the bottom using a chocolate pump, passes it through four temperature adjustment zones and one holding zone, and outputs from the top.
The process ensures well-crystallized chocolate with a smooth taste, excellent finish, and extended shelf life.
