Chocolate storage tank is made from full #304 stainless steel and available in a range of sizes from 5kg up to 3000kg capacites, all tanks have top driven gate-type stirring paddles.
Chocolate storage tanks are all temperature-controlled and fully jacketed. They are ideal machines for a wide range of food products including chocolate and other fat-based products to wax.
The storage tanks can be supplied free standing or on movable casters for easy re-positioning.
Chocolate is loaded either side from the top lids and will flows out the valve at the bottom of the chocolate storage tank.
