GUSU QJJ Series Chocolate Moulding Machine

The QJJ150 semi-automatic chocolate single-pass moulding machine is specially designed for the production of small and medium-sized industrial chocolate or filled chocolate. It has multiple functions, such as mold preheating, automatic mold transfer, chocolate pouring and mold vibration functions.

The water in the jacket of the hopper is heated by an electric heater and circulated through a water pump to keep the jacketed hopper at the set temperature.

The dimensions of the equipped molds: 275* 175/280 * 200mm series
The required number of molds: 50 to 100 pieces
Output per hour: 50-200 kilograms (depending on the size of the chocolate and the cooling at the back end)
Filling rate: up to 50%

The QJJ series chocolate moulding machine of Gusu Machinery is widely used in the pouring production of ordinary chocolate and filled chocolate. The jacketed casting hopper is divided into two parts - one part is used for making chocolate shells, and the other part is used for filling soft fillings. When producing ordinary chocolate without fillings, these hoppers can all be filled with the same chocolate paste.

Optional chain-type chocolate conveying cooling channels are available, with flexible length selection, or vertical cold channels can be chosen to save space.

Manual demolding of chocolate can also be equipped with an additional demolding mechanism. It is highly suitable for entry-level and intermediate industrial production.
