GUSU Chocolate Conche

The chocolate conche is used for the conching of chocolate paste(mixture of cocoa butter, cocoa powder, cocoa mass, sugar powder, milk powder etc). It can improve the final texture and flavor of the chocolate.

It is the main production equipment of the chocolate production line.

Chocolate Conche Machine is an all-in-one unit for chocolate production which is easy to install, start and operate.  It works by means of rotating blades that provide pressure against lining bars on inner wall of the milling cylinder.  With the design of helical gear gearbox which enables maximum energy transfer with minimum consumption.  

From 20-3000L Capacity

Double jacketed milling cylinder with build in heater and circulation pump ensure an even distribution of operating temperatures.

The Chocolate Conche Machine is one of the major equipment which are used for the fine grinding of chocolates, and is also suitable for the fine grinding of soybean flour, as well as the daily used industrial chemicals for high-standard granularity.  The fine grinding time is about 12~18 hours, the average granularity can achieve 25μm.
