Working Principle
The chocolate paste undergoes refinement through the synergistic spinning of two primary shafts equipped with discs and the alloy beads situated within the milling tank. The meticulously designed and strategically distributed components ensure that the mass (pumped upwards) remains in the milling tank for the optimal duration. This process facilitates the essential reduction in fine particle size (20-25μm), guaranteeing homogenous distribution throughout.
