The wire mesh of the ice cream coating machine is shorter than that of the common one, so that the ice cream after coating can enter the cooling tunnel faster and will not melt.
In addition to the waterfall coating, the bottom is dipped to make the ice cream fully wrapped by the chocolate. According to the specific product, it can also be coated twice to wrap ice cream.
In order to facilitate cleaning, the cylinder and the wire mesh can be pulled out and cleaned separately. The wire mesh bearing is made of 304 stainless steel.
The cooling tunnel is different from the traditional one, the ice cream coating machine will use the cold store-type cooling tunnel. Make sure the heat won't run out and the ice cream won't melt.
