The Chip Depositor Line features a state-of-the-art double-jacketed depositor head, complete with precise temperature control and a reliable fixed-speed agitator. The synchronized movements of the head and belt ensure seamless collection of the deposited products. In addition, the line boasts a sophisticated belt-lifting system that facilitates the creation of diverse drop shapes. The drops are swiftly transferred into a cooling tunnel immediately following deposit for optimal results.
Equipped with either servo-controlled or pneumatic-driven depositor pistons, this machine ensures enhanced precision in measurements. The optimum tank size and double-jacketed water circulation system allow for efficient temperature control during the deposit process. Further, the chocolate agitator and tank are designed for easy removal and cleaning. Constructed with premium stainless steel, all operating parts and components in contact with the product uphold the highest standards. An intuitive user-friendly screen with a specially designed PLC controls all operating parameters.
This remarkably adaptable machine seamlessly caters to evolving product requirements, whether in design, shape, or weight alterations.
